Peacock’s Feather
Description
Those who meander down Cataract Gorge in the north of Tasmania will be familiar with the ringing cries of the local peacocks. The arrogant males strut around the grassy flats near the fast flowing waters like lords surveying their fiefdoms, occasionally fanning their impressive tails in a display of aesthetic prowess. A whisky with aromas and flavours as complex as all the colours in the peacock’s feather.
