Description
Backing a winner is never certain and even less so when it’s whisky maturing in the cask. Someone close to Dark Valley was willing to gamble on both, thus this bottling was made possible by a leap of faith into uncharted Tasmanian waters. Holding its poker face, this whisky has been patiently waiting to be bottled, until it’s a full house. An aromatic whisky on which you’d be mad not to roll the dice.
